Achievements include an unprecedented 80% closing ratio during her tenure with Credit Union Promotions.  Her position there involved all aspects of client/customer relations, the training and development of a sales team and the promotion and marketing required to successfully create a Credit Union branch for employees of the grocery industry.  She received top sales awards at US, Sprint, Skillpath Seminars and The American Management Association (Padgett Thompson Division).  Ms. Brackett was also responsible for successfully expanding the sales territory of a small radio station into a major market and developing a series of marketing promotions with KLZR Radio and The University of Kansas.

The last ten years have been devoted to all aspects of human development by conducting over 3000 seminars throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Puerto Rico for companies such as Hewlett Packard, General Motors,  Ford Motor Company, Pfizer and Genentech to name a few.
